I am passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health and supporting the body's natural ability to heal and function at its best. I am dedicated to providing individualized care and empowering patients to take an active role in their health and well-being.
After earning my Bachelor of Human Kinetics (BHK) in Kinesiology in 2014, I worked as a Registered Kinesiologist in both hospital and clinical settings. Later, I completed a Certificate in Integrated Disability Management and managed occupational and non-occupational disability claims within a hospital environment.
Building on this diverse healthcare experience, I went on to earn my Masters of Osteopathic Manual Science (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
My treatment approach is rooted in the principles of osteopathy and tailored to each individual. Guided by the principle of collective mechanics, I work to improve the movement of nerves, blood vessels, and lymphatics, helping create the conditions for better health, mobility and overall function.
